  • Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach are popular surfing spots, but the most famous is Ehukai Beach, also known as the Banzai Pipeline. It is a prime spot for competitions due to its close proximity to the beach, providing a great view for spectators, judges, and photographers.

Album Description:

In spite of private development and years of tourism, much of Hawaii's beautiful land and ocean areas remain untouched, thanks to conservation groups like the North Shore Community Land Trust. They still remain what Mark Twain called "the loveliest fleet of islands that lies anchored in any ocean."
